Steen & Strøm in partnership with Storebrand has presented an updated plan regarding the Økern- project in Oslo, Norway to the Planning and Building Authorities.

In addition to a sustainable approach to retail in the city, we want to create opportunities for more culture and activities, and attractive housing, public spaces and recreational areas. Various competitions will be announced to secure quality and diversity in architecture and expressions, but first the authorities will go through a second round with the plan and then it will be up to the politicians to decide, says Project Director Thomas Holth, Steen & Ström.
